Teaching creativity through direct instruction seems impossible. Fostering creativity, giving opportunities to be creative, and exposing students to the results of creativity is very possible. It might not make kids creative, but it can't hurt, and it makes school engaging.
But we can encourage curiosity, which will lead to creativity. I hope.
